Lord, Bissell & Brook LLP’s Atlanta office offers both litigation and corporate services.  Its litigation practice includes all types of commercial disputes, focusing on intellectual property, class action, aviation, railroad and environmental matters.  The business and class action litigation practice involves representation of commercial clients and insurers in all aspects of litigation and alternative dispute resolution.

The corporate practice is transactionally oriented and its lawyers are actively involved in mergers and acquisitions.  They particularly focus on matters in the areas of e-commerce, intellectual property, outsourcing, and equity offerings.
