Lord, Bissell & Brook's commitment to diversity is demonstrated through its inclusion of diversity as part of its strategic business plan. We believe that the more diverse we become, the better we are as a law firm. The firm has a standing Diversity Committee which focuses on the recruitment, retention and promotion of minority attorneys, and is developing a Strategic Plan for Diversity in collaboration with its minority attorneys. The firm's Executive Committee has adopted the following Lord, Bissell & Brook Statement on Diversity:
