Allen Wasserman has 20 years of experience as a commercial and business litigation attorney.
His practice concentrates on complicated domestic and international commercial and general litigation and arbitration with a primary focus on all phases of partnership, employment, contract, banking, intellectual property, general commercial, construction and securities disputes with an emphasis on preparing civil matters for trial.
He represents international and domestic clients in many industries, including information technologies, banking, financial services, health care, advertising, marketing, and construction.
