Mr. Moore is a partner in the firm’s Los Angeles office and practices general business law, corporate law and in the areas of real estate and information technology and is also a member of the firm's Business Technology Group. He represents managed care organizations in California and in several other states as well as medical groups and nonprofit hospitals in California. The scope of Mr. Moore’s representation includes structuring and negotiating sophisticated business transactions such as mergers, acquisitions and sales of health care and managed care entities, purchases and sales of multi-state portfolios of real property and personal property, taxable and tax-exempt financing, real property and personal property leases, construction agreements, advertising agreements, consulting agreements, information technology agreements, including hardware and software acquisition, software license agreements and innovative business operations arrangements with outsourcing companies and application service providers.
