Mr. Mason has extensive experience in the managed care and insurance arena representing HMOs, PPOs and insurance companies. He focuses his practice on managed care arrangements under Medicare, provider contracting and risk sharing arrangements, compliance with state and federal managed care and insurance laws and regulations and compliance with ERISA and other federal laws affecting employee welfare benefit plans. He also has represented HMOs and insurance companies in connection with obtaining state and federal regulatory approvals for mergers, acquisitions and other business transactions.
