John is a senior partner in our internationally known insurance law practice. John has extensive experience in all areas of corporate insurance, his area of concentration for more than 30 years.
John has been involved in the organization of numerous insurance companies and handled a considerable number of indemnity and assumption reinsurance transactions and insurance company acquisitions and sales. John was among the cutting-edge practitioners to assist several insurance company mutual to stock conversions and authored an article about the experience, "Analysis of Insurance Regulatory Aspects of Demutualization."
Other areas of his corporate insurance background include mergers and acquisitions, finance and regulation, taxation, and self-insurance.
