George Burgett has more than 30 years of experience in a wide range of corporate and finance matters. In addition, George has considerable experience counseling health care facilities, physicians, and alternate delivery systems in such areas as general business, contracting, professional, and not-for-profit corporate law.

George Burgett has represented banks and other lending institutions in a wide variety of transactions, including project and structured financings, secured and asset-based term loan and revolving credit arrangements, leveraged buy-outs, and other acquisition financings. He has also handled ESOP loans, tax-exempt bond financings, liquidity-facility and credit-enhancement transactions, Eurodollar/multi-currency option arrangements, and loan syndications.
